Who gives me Solace?

No matter what level of computer user you are, Jess can teach you something you didn't know about computers.

She has a degree in Communication Studies, which is helpful when she's teaching. She's had an online weekly column for Internet beginners.

Jess has also written for various technical publications, has been a contributing author for computer textbooks (which are available for purchase), spoken to hundreds at conferences, and is recognized as an industry expert in her field.

She's taught first through third graders how to safely use the Internet through a six-week afterschool program, and given workshops to High School seniors. She's lectured on Internet privacy and safety to Rotary clubs and other organizations.

In addition to training the masses, she sets up and administers corporate e-mail programs and groupware software, such as Lotus Notes. She also programs and develops databases in Microsoft Access and Lotus Notes.

Oh, and she's also run an onsite residential computer repair company for three years, from which she has recently retired.
